Paul Lange is President of Executive Directions, LLC. His professional career spans over 30 years, including positions of President/CEO of private and public corporations. In addition to numerous positions in general management, his industry experience involved executive selection, organization planning and development, succession planning and evaluation, organization assessment, compensation, benefit planning, and labor relations.
Mr. Lange has managed or personally conducted searches for senior executives in multi-functional disciplines in the following industries: advanced electronics; defense; health care; manufacturing; oil, gas and mining; engineering and construction; public and not-for-profit; chemicals and pharmaceuticals; consumer products; industrial, and telecommunications.
Mr. Lange has personally and successfully restructured an organization, tripled revenues and increased shareholder value and market capitalization by 20 fold. He had Titles ranging from Executive Vice President and General Manager to President, CEO and Chairman with International Companies exceeding gross revenues of $872 MM.
Prior to Executive Directions, Mr. Lange
established the Denver office and served as Sr. Vice President
and Managing partner of Empire International, a prominent
executive search firm based in Philadelphia.
Mr. Lange holds a Bachelor of Science in
Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and
completed additional MBA degree classes at Purdue as well
as Fairleigh Dickinson Universities. He is professionally
associated with the American Society of Personnel Administrators
and the Employment Management Association. His professional
career is recognized in Who's Who in America and the
